Examining books

The NCACL receives donations from the majority of Australian children’s books published. Our collection includes books published in earlier times, so we have been able to personally examine most books.

We hold a large research collection of material about Australian children’s books which provides additional viewpoints. For each book chosen, we have written an annotation and identified key concepts to reflect these books reflecting ‘cultural diversity’.
